New work - Short stories adapted for performance, in collaboration with acclaimed modern authors. Original tales drawing on modern themes - urban myths, big cats, even UFOs. What are the tales for our time? The legends for our future? Chloë's latest shows explore this rich source of ideas.

Chloë’s speaking voice is exceptionally clear and distinctive. She is a gifted sight reader – few fluffs, warm tones, great character voices, engaging melody of speech.

For Voice-Overs she offers narration, animation voices and voicing for commercials. Specialises in businesslike female; also bossy upper class older female (style of Joyce Grenfell/Maureen Lippmann!) Authentic French including accented English. Fierce-sounding characters inc dragon. Caricature mad Swiss/German scientist + evil laugh. Wildly fake but enthusiastic Eastern European/Russian accent. Caricature west country/Gloucestershire accent (Mummershire!). Comedy cat meow, lifelike battle-yowl; comedy dog bark (yappy terrier).

Town Crier, MC and Compère

Chloë was appointed Town Crier for Northleach in 2004. Barely 20 of the 200 or so Town Criers in Britain are women. Complete with tricorne, cloak and bell, Chloë regularly rattles Saturday morning windows with her strong voice.
