* I have received training and follow good practice in child protection.
* It is the decision of the Hiring Organisation to require a specific CRB check. I will comply with disclosure procedure.
* Costs are £31 Standard Disclosure or £36 Enhanced Disclosure + administration costs.
* YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING EARLY ENOUGH FOR THE FORM TO BE PROCESSED. From receipt of the form at CRB office, allow at least 2 weeks for Standard and sometimes up to 12 weeks for Enhanced Disclosure.
* It is acceptable to CRB that a CRB checked member of your staff shall accompany me at all times when children are or could be present (eg in corridors). This applies to all schools, venues, events, shows and workshops.
